SPECIAL EDITION! Spring equinox celebration

21st of March - Spring foraging walk and celebration with herbalists and foragers Elske & Miekje 

On March 21st we gather to mark the Spring Equinox with a seasonal Ostara foraging walk and celebration.

During this day you'll learn to recognise and harvest some wild plants with care. Spring is all about new shoots, young greens, buds and blossom. We briefly explore how wild foods can be preserved and fermented into lovely condiments, ferments and wild sodas. We'll teach you our tricks to listen to the land, feel connected to plant friends and live more cyclical. 

Together we'll prepare and share a lunch made from what we forage, and work with botanical pigments and natural materials to dye Ostara eggs. 

We want this gathering to be both educational and festive! A moment to welcome spring, get together with like-minded folk, and experience food and craft as shared practices.
